At Making Waves Web Solutions, we are committed to delivering a valuable and enriching learning experience through our courses, including the WordPress Setup Course and the Website Builder Course. While we understand that circumstances may arise, we have established a refund policy to ensure fairness to both our students and the integrity of our course offerings.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund, you must adhere to the following conditions:

Refund Request Timing: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date.

Limited Course Progress: The refund policy applies only to students who have completed less than 30% of the total course content, as determined by completion tracking within the learning platform.

Exclusions from Refund Eligibility:

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

Extended Course Progress: Refund requests will not be honored if a student has completed more than 30% of the course content.

Failure to Review Course Content: Lack of satisfaction with the course content or teaching methodology is not considered grounds for a refund if less than 30% of the course is completed.

Technical Issues: Refund requests related to technical issues, which can be addressed through technical support, will not be considered for a refund.

Non-attendance: Non-participation or non-attendance in live sessions, webinars, or other course activities does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

Submission of Refund Request: 

To initiate a refund request, students must send an email to heather@makingwaveswebsolutions.com within the specified 7-day window, providing their full name, email address, course details, and a brief explanation for the refund request.

Review and Verification: The request will be reviewed, cross-referencing the purchase and completion data. Refunds will only be processed if the eligibility criteria are met.

Refund Approval: If the request meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be approved within 10 business days of the request submission.

Refund Payment: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the course purchase. We recommend keeping a copy or screenshot of your refund request for your records.

Policy Modifications:

Making Waves Web Solutions reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage students to review the refund policy periodically for any updates.
